I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for effectively communicating with new hires before their start date, gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling first days in an organized and accurate manner.
In addition, to ensure a smooth transition of employee exit in accordance with company policies.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure On time Onboarding
Provide Company ID, Mobile Phone, Laptop and other on-boarding tools
Schedule and prepare materials for New Employee Orientation
Welcome new employees upon their arrival and introduce to team members
Guide the exiting employee throughout the entire offboarding process
Release and Process Clearance Kit
Release Final Pay Kit
Conduct Exit Interviews
Closely coordinate with support team to update them of employee database
Maintain employee database
Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

III. QUALIFICATIONS A. Minimum Education College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant field B. Competency
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing and record keeping ability
Good computer and database skills

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS
The position will work in the office from Monday to Friday from 830AM to 0600PM.
