- Must be a graduate of Business Administration or BS Psychology related field
- A minimum of 1 year experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Excellent in MS Office
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
**_Job Description_**
- The position is responsible in managing the service operations on a daily basis
- Directly reporting to onsite supervisor
- Can readily substitute frontline function
- Ability to conduct warm service
- Perform care specialist
- Ensures all KPI and SLA's are met consistently
- Conduct daily audit with written results
- Other duties may be directed by Service Operation Manager and/or Management
