Use HR databases to review, input and keep track of employee information
- Arranging meetings and maintaining calendars
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files
- Assit with payroll processes
- Answer all employee questions about HR regulations and benefits
- Responsible for orienting new employees to the organization
- Track employee progress within the onboarding program
- Degree in Human Resources or related field ;
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Willing to be assign in Mandaluyong City
