Provides accurate, consistent and timely responses, oversees the collection, management, and storage of employee data of the organization.
Ensures HR Trackers/ Online Monitoring are updated based on real-time and documents are complete and accurate in the 201/E201.
- Ensures that all incoming documents are received and are properly organized on a daily basis.
- Make sure that all outgoing documents are promptly and accurately transmitted to the appropriate recipient/recipients.
- Prepares Request for Payment (RFP)
- Creates a 201 file for each new employee upon receipt of the complete pre-employment requirements from the Recruitment Specialist.
This is accomplished within the day and in compliance with the MOP.
- Scans and creates an E-201 file, for each new employee, in Google drive within 7 days.
- Creates a Resignation Folder upon receipt of the signed Resignation Letter of a resigning employee from the Recruitment Specialist.
- Routes the clearance of resigning employees every week.
- Assists the CHRO in monitoring Trackers that are identified as key resource utilization items
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resource Development Management
- With at least 2 year of work related experience
- Can communicate well in English
