Hr Assistant

**About The Role**:
**Role Purpose**:
The purpose of this role is to ensure that all colleagues have the necessary permit to work in NCHCustomer Support Services Inc. in Pasay where our office is located, as mandated by the CityGovernment of Pasay.
The dedicated resource will monitor compliance to this local regulatoryrequirement and should work hand in hand with all Line Managers and employees for timelysupport and submission of documents.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and schedule colleagues for police clearance and health check as prescribed in thework permit processing
- Communicate the schedule to colleagues and Line Managers ahead of time, for informationand strict compliance
- Regular follow-up with colleagues and engagement with Line Managers to ensure timelysubmission of documents
- Update tracker for every receipt of documents and changes in submissions from thecolleagues
- Coordination with HR Ops team information needed regarding employee details e.g.,department tagging, current line manager, employee status, etc.
- Review and recommend requests for approval of work permit related expensereimbursements to Sr. HR BP
- Provide weekly report to Sr. HR BP regarding status of document submission and recommendnecessary improvements to the process if required
- Escalate issues to Sr. HRBP, HSSE Manager and Compliance Manager where necessary
- Submission of completed work permit (Cedula, Police Clearance and Health Certificate) to HROps for filing and safekeeping

- Maintain confidentiality of all information (medical and non-medical) being handled always
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager

**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- Understanding or previous working experience in customer services and advantage
- Ability to deliver projects within deadlines and excellent time management
- Good MS Office skills (Excel - Intermediate level, Word, PowerPoint presentation)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to organize yourself and result orientation
- Critical thinking and creativity to find solutions
