Qualifications
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Recruitment, time keeping, Employee and Labor Relations, Training
- With at least 2 years related field in a BPO industry is a plus
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (preferably residing in Pasig is advantage)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Updates and maintains advertisement to different job portals/sites/media platform
- Sources and schedules qualified applicants for interview
- Ensures that the forwarded 201 file with pre-employment requirements are complete
- Maintains, updates, and files all related documents to the employee's 201 file
- Monitor the attendance of all employees, through their submitted monthly Daily Time Records (DTR), Leave Application Forms, and among others in the payroll system
- Submit to payroll the timekeeping Report (deductions for tardiness, undertime, absences, and excess leave availment) of each employee concerned.
- Provides support and assistance to Human Resource officer and General Manager
- Keeps the Human Resource Officer and General Manager informed of important developments, potential and related information necessary, and may give suggestions and inputs for effective management
- Performs other task as may be assigned from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
