- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Development or any related course
- Can handle and at least has experience with all the facets of HR
- Must have good communication and analytical skills
- With clear demonstration of teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking and can work with minimal supervision
- Amenable to work in Makati and can start as soon as possible.

Primary Responsibilities:
? Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
? Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
? Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
? Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
? Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
? Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
? Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
? Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
? Schedule meetings, interview, HR events and maintain agendas
? Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
? Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
? Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
? Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
? Assist the government contribution registration, updating and filing of SSS, PHIC,HDMF and TIN
? Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
? Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
? Coordinate with Human Resource Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.
? Other task and duties that may be assigned by the supervisor and management.
