RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Development and design compensation package.
2.
Handles payroll and timekeeping for all Employees.
3.
In charge of processing documents, and government mandatories benefit payments.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in business/economics, HR management, or other related fields
- Practical experience in the field of compensation and benefits advantageous
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data collection
- Knowledge about different options of compensation and ways to motivate people
**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- San Juan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
