Job Description:
Prepares timekeeping report (bi-monthly); Prepares and process payroll; Prepares payroll reports/entries to be submitted to Accounting Department; Prepares annualization in coordination with Accounting Department; Prepares of appointment papers such as NPA, lateral transfer, promotion, regularization etc.; Prepares summary & reports on Performance Appraisal Forms (PAF); Monitors appointment papers, PAF and Contracts that are due to end/renew etc.; Maintains updated record of employees' movement & salary adjustments; Prepares & process employee's final pay & quit claim including processing of certificates etc.; Process company-initiated benefits (Company loan, medical/medicine reimbursement, communication allowance, per diem, meal allowance, bereavement assistance, etc); Process mandatory benefits (SSS Loan, SSS sickness benefit/maternity benefit, SSS/PHIC/HDMF certification, etc); Prepares prestige report & its reward to employees; Prepares & Monitors attendance report of employees; Prepares of tardiness report and tardiness memo; Participation in DOLE & other government institution for updates such as but not limited to SSS, Philhealth, HDMF etc.; Maintains proper documentation & filing of documents; Maintains proper dissemination & evaluation of information; Assists in the facilitation of HR programs, events etc. Presents reports & comprehensive studies re: COMPBEN Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience Bachelor’s Degree graduate preferably in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or any related course; With experience in the position or in the industry; With excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills; With strong leadership and motivational skills; Can work with minimum supervision and under extreme pressure; Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel;
