Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing compensation and benefits program of the company and ensures that such programs are in compliance with Philippine labor laws. Apply effective communication strategies Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports Choose and manage outside partners, such as benefits vendors, insurance brokers, and investment managers Oversee the distribution of benefits information to the organization’s employees They are generally responsible for overseeing employees benefits Manage Employees Government Mandated Benefits such as Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth and SSS Knowledgeable on updating the employees information in Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth and SSS Enrolling and processing of Medical Benefits on the new hires and dependents Coordinate with our Health Partner and Government for programs that can be discussed to the employees Administer various employee benefit programs. Enter benefit enrollment changes, updates and terminations in HRIS. Provides, renews and maintains employee mobile accounts to ensure each employee is provided with a mobile phone and sim card. Ensures that each regular employee and dependents (when applicable) are provided with their corresponding health benefit. Establish and maintain relationships with insurance companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options. Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures. Resolve conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims. Answer employee queries on compensation and benefit matters. Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for at least 3 years Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices Good understanding of full cycle hiring process Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research Strong interpersonal and communication skills BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field Extensive knowledge on Government Mandated Benefits and Medical Benefits
