Details of the offer

This person will be responsible to do general Human Resources and Development administrative functions including Recruitment and Selection, Induction and Orientation, Employee Benefits implementation and monitoring, HRIS, and should be well knowledgeable with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to Human Resources Management including Labor Laws.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Proven working experience as HR Generalist

Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

People oriented and results driven

Leadership skills

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Knowledge of HR systems and databases

In-depth knowledge in HR best practices

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Willing to work in Quezon City
