RECRUITMENT Performs sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling of applicants RECORDS MANAGEMENT Organizes HR records (online and 201 files) Responsible for updating the statuses of employees by submitting reports and update forms to SSS, BIR, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig Maintains human resource manual filing systems PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Monitors and processes regularization and performance appraisal of all employees TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Provides logistical assistance on training activities ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT Monitors employees’ attendance and seek advice from the immediate superiors regarding the issuance of NTE to policy violators Ensures that all attendance concerns (leave, absences, half day, undertime, offsetting etc.) are properly recorded using any appropriate means Monitors leave applications of employees ON-BOARDING Conducts policy orientation to new hires EMPLOYEE RELATIONS Dissemination of memoranda to all employees Organizes employee events Facilitates the processing of all disciplinary actions for erring employees BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION Ensures that the company follows the regulations regarding government-mandated benefits Submits reports to government offices as needed In charge of the filing and processing of government-mandated benefit applications Facilitates all other benefits for the employees OFF-BOARDING Responsible for the overall off-boarding process including clearance monitoring and separation document issuance. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration or equivalent. Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
