Responsibilities:


Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including recruitment, employment processing, health and welfare benefits, training and development, employee relations, and labor relations (HR Facets) Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action Improves employee by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Assist in implementation of Company Policies and serving memo, disciplinary actions to employees who violated company policies Perform other assign tasked Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s / college degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Equivalent Preferably at least 2 years strong experience in HR field especially in implementing of company policies and memo Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labor laws Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; and HR-relates system Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
