Hr Assistant

Act as a support onsite and offsite sourcing/recruitment related activities.Support present recruitment processes.Other ad-hoc sourcing related tasks.Conduct call outs;Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.;Screen candidates resumes and job applications,;Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.;Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;Any other duties that arise from team meetings and one-on-one discussions.?A sense of urgency and a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent;Excellent ability to leverage technology (social media and internet) as a sourcing tool;Strong computer skills including applications, email, Microsoft office;Clear and confident verbal and written skillsAbility to speak professionally and with credibility;Must be willing to work in Makati.
