Job Description:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions Provide clerical and administrative support to HR duties Source applicants and post job ads thru social media and job portals Communicate with applicants and schedule interviews Assist applicants from inviting to coming in for a job interview Process documentation and prepare reports relating to recruitment Prepare weekly monitoring sheet for requested applicants status Assist superiors for their job vacancies and other requests Maintain database for monitoring applicants’ information and status Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities Maintain employee files and electronic filing system Undertake a variety of HR duties and other administrative requests Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any 4-year course Proven work experience as an HR assistant Excellent organizational ability Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and administrative skills
