Job Description:
Sourcing & Screening of possible applicants Maintenance of Manpower resources such as head hunter, ad placement, PESO, agencies, etc. Database monitoring (graduate/applicant listings) Preparation of Job Description Facilitate HR programs, activities, events, trainings, and seminars, etc. Proposes/suggest recruitment campaign methods (print, online, others) in order to support approved recruitment plans and programs Timekeeping/Payroll preparation Preparation of Annualization in coordination with Accounting. Preparation of Appointment papers such as NPA, lateral transfer, promotion, regularization etc. Preparation, Summary & Reports on Performance Appraisal Forms Processing of company initiated benefits Processing of mandatory benefits Preparation & processing of Employee's final pay & quit claim including processing of certificates etc. Attendance monitoring Presentation of reports & comprehensive studies re: Recruitment/CompBen Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree graduate preferably in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or any related course from a reputable university; Experience in recruitment /compensation and benefit is an advantage. Able to work with minimal supervision, mature, capacity to handle pressures and can do multitasking. Trustworthy and with strong ethics Proficient in computer applications specifically in MS Word & Excel Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Willing to be assigned in Head Office (Ortigas, Pasig City)
