Conducts company orientation to newly-hired employees.
Keeps the employee’s 201 files.
Transmit ATM Application & mandaroty forms to HR in-charge.
Maintains the Manning List of all employees handled.
Encodes & update employee’s information details to payroll system.
Monitors employee’s contract or end of contract status.
Provides DTR checklist to Accunting.
Provides hiring details of new hires and separated employees to Accounting.
Distributes employee’s payslip.
Coordinates with employees & client’s concerns.
Prepares Memorandum on HR Policies & procedures.
Sends monthly manning list as required by the client.
Sends weekly/ monthly attendance report as required by the client.
Monitors and prepare employee’s SILP request.
Receives employees resignation letter & issues EOC notice.
Conducts Exit interview to all separated employees.
Issues clearance forms and monitors last claims availability.
Issues Certificate of Employment.
Issues Memorandum on incident reports from clients.
Issued disciplinary actions to employees.
Handles end of contract or termination of employee’s contract.
Conducts couseling to employees.
Attends labor conference and or hearing.
Attends to employee’s complaints and grievances.
