HR TRAINING SUPERVISOR (Onsite, Caloocan and Laguna Plant)

Must be degree holder in Human Resource or Behavioral Sciences


Responsibilities

Collaborates with Department Heads to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals;Develops customized learning solutions and ensures effective delivery;Evaluates training effectiveness and modify programs accordingly.
Qualifications

With at least 3-5 years of experience in Training, preferably in supervisory capacity;Strong understanding of instructional design, training methodologies and adult learning principles;Ability to develop web-based training is an advantage but not a requirement
