About the Role

Provide recruiting support by managing the recruitment process and HR support by onboarding new employees and facilitating company events.
Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Skills
- Responsible for the processing of all Predictive Index surveys for prospective new hires
- Develop and maintain the annual training calendar
- Maintain employee files
- Facilitate anonymous feedback from employees on Company performance and job satisfaction
- Coordinate annual review wisdom of the crowd and review schedules
- Administer insurance and other compensation/benefit programs
- Utilize employment management systems (EMS) to track applicants from initial contact through onboarding
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, job board procurement, etc.
- Assist with identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
- Counsel current and prospective employees on corporate benefits, compensation packages, and corporate environment
- Prepare offer letters to entry-level employees
- Conduct new employee onboarding
- Research and report salary benchmarks
- Proctor company meetings and training, communicate/coordinate with presenters
- Provide Core Services introductions for new W.E.
O'Neil employees and distribute questions to the appropriate department

Management Skills
- Coordinate the recruitment process with Shore360 recruiting staff and Core Services
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Utilize employment management systems (EMS) to manage the orientation and onboarding processes
- Utilize employment management systems (EMS) to coordinate and track employee training attendance
- Consult managers on all HR processes, including leaves of absence, vacation, medical and wellness reimbursements, payroll, etc.
- Facilitate Company/employee events
- Must speak, read and write fluent English
- Strong communication and people skills
- Quick to connect and network
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Work efficiently - allocate one's own time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills
