Details of the offer

Support the HR and Admin Manager in Recruitment activities such as posting of job advertisements, sourcing of candidates, call-outs and coordination of interviews with the hiring managers.
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding and other joining formalities
Ensure collection and completion of pre-employment documents of new employees
Build and manage the employees’ 201 record and ensure employment documents are filed in their respective folders
Retrieve 201 folders when necessary
Represent the company for government related requirements such as:
Submission of all statutory employment requirements for all active and new employees
Check validity of documents submitted by employee including attachments
Deal with queries related to government statutory obligations and ensure resolution within specified timelines
Ensure proper remittance of all government mandated employee deductions (i.e SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth, BIR) in a timely manner
Liaise with external agencies such as statutory organizations, vendors, banks, insurance companies etc.
Manage the Corporate Office Reception by attending to queries raised through phone, e-mails and face to face interaction
Answer queries and provide needed information
Manage office supplies
Monitor and maintain inventory of all office equipment and furniture
Escalate admin related issues to Management as needed
Help organize company activities and events
Ensure official company forms are readily available
Candidate must possess at a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience as HR Generalist or HR & Admin Assistant
Exposure in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits Administration and General Admin is an edge
Knowledge about changes in tax structures, labor laws and payment patterns in the industry is an advantage
Exposure to Human Resource systems, policies and practices with previous organizations is a plus
Has the ability to work under pressure
Good written and verbal communication skills
Very good organizational skills
Has high regard for integrity
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City
