**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Experience in the general office administration
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Good communication skills (English; oral and written)
- Highly organized and keen to details
- Good time management

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Work with the Accounting Team by providing all necessary documents they may require.
- Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Being well versed in all government payments and transactions such as filing of SEC & BIR requirements as well as SSS, Philhealth & Pag Ibig/HDMF payments and documents, is a plus.
- Should be knowledgeable in basic bookkeeping task such as payroll preparation, purchase order preparation, and petty cash management.
- Must be adept in using MS Word and Excell.
- Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Must be able to multi task and flexible as other task may be assigned.
**Salary**: From Php20,000.00 per month
