Key Duties & Responsibilities
Point of contact to the Managing director. Point of contact of the company for all HR-related queries Recruitment and Employee onboarding experience. Coordinate staff training and development including the training modules inclined to the job-specific managers. Know how to check time and attendance Updating of our Employee Handbook Organize weekly updates. Control salary invoices to make sure all is accordingly. Counseling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally Coordinate HMO renewal and payments Prepare agreements (HR or non HR related) Do the 1st interview together with the specific managers. Prepare and make semi-annual reviews and propose improvements Manage all business administration tasks within the company including tasks for the management such as booking hotels, encoding our receipts from our cost, paying our bills to the office, office improvement quotations from contractors (in relation to the office improvement). Knowledge on Payroll is definitely a plus All other administrative tasks that are not limited to the tasks above. Minimum Qualifications:
HR and or related course is necessary. 3-5 years of HR background and people management experience is a must. Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills A class organizational and multitasking skills are preferably a must. Can handle pressure and making sure that you are a role model to the employees. Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy Have passion and understanding people that will match with the best interests of the company Proficient in Microsoft Office computer skills.
