Details of the offer

This position reports directly to the Country Manager as the First-level Superior; and indirectly to the Human Resources Manager - Asia as the Second-level Superior.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
Post-graduate degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent is an advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of local and global Labor Laws.
Extensive knowledge and application in Employee and Labor Relations, Training and Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Performance Management System, Recruitment and Selection, and Talent Retention.
Demonstrated ability in developing employee morale and coordinating with different departments.
At least three (3) years of experience as an HR Practitioner, preferably at a Management level.
Work experience in a Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
