Job Qualifications
EDUCATION : Graduate of Human Resource, Psychology, or any related course with a Masteral degree in Human Resource Management and/or any related Masteral course.
WORK EXPERIENCE : Five years or more work experience in an oil mill, refinery, shortening and/or solvent plant, or any similar industry with managerial experience.

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
