**Overview**
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

- Serve as internship coordinator of the organization.

- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Inventory management of office equipment.
- Inventory assistance of E-commerce platforms.

**QUALIFICATION**:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development, or any other related courses.
- With at least 1 year experience in Human Resources and Administrative functions.
- With excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Amenable to work onsite in Ayala, Makati.
- Amenable to start as soon as possible.
