Details of the offer

The HR Analyst will be responsible for accurate HR record-keeping, maintaining the employee database and other critical records, and administering key HR functions.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately maintaining the HR system including employee data, salary history, time off, incident records, contracts, and other key documents
- Administering training programs
- Supporting and administering employee career path management
- Supporting and administering employee evaluations for a trial period and annual performance reviews
- Researching and evaluating compensation-related data for all positions and competency levels
- Administering reference and background checks, intelligence and psychological screenings, medical screenings, and other tests for employees and applicants
- Responding to employment verification requests
- Administration of employee benefit programs
- Coordination of Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- ** CANDIDATES MUST WORK DURING US BUSINESS HOURS 8 AM to 5 PM EST **

The HR analyst will be expected to be proficient in the following:

- Excellent English communication, both oral and written
- Analyzing and evaluating issues in HR
- Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Researching and reading data and reports
- Ability to make judgments and decisions on confidential matters, and plan and manage complex administrative systems and practices
