- Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree. - He/She must be willing to work in an Office and Production/Manufacturing/Warehouse setup with more than 500 employees.
- Good leader, team player, competent, capable, self-motivated, results-oriented, responsible and has the ability to motivate others.
- Must have knowledge in the position applied.
- Must have good decision making and analytical skills.
- Has good work ethics and strong sense of morals.

- Must be residents of Bulacan Area or willing to be assigned in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
