Schedule individuals for technical job-related skills training to improve individual work performance. Assess training needs to apply & monitor training programs; Provide high-quality administrative service to the HR department; Handle HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, and etc.) and take minutes. Prepare HR business correspondence and memorandums. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that management may deem as necessary. Responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment and staffing for the company Minimum Qualifications:
A graduate of Psychology, BSBA Human Resources Development, Management, Behavioural Science or any other related course. Strong analytical and planning skills. Good communication, writing, and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills.
