Job Description:
Monitoring of insurance for vehicles, trucks, and warehouses of all sites Monitoring of all the registration of company vehicles and business permits. Monitoring of all corporate documents business registration, gen. info sheet, certificate of registration – BIR, among others. Checks and approves all sites request such as repairs, office supplies, and other business operations expenses for PCF and PCF AdHoc. Monitors all sites legal cases – dole, claims to suppliers, small claims, civil and criminal cases. Point person for the company`s leasing business. Meeting with the interested tenant, contract preparation and documentation. Monitors and maintains all sites contract – lease of property and suppliers contract or distribution agreement. Point person for banks and other 3rd parties. Monitors updated 201 files of all employees ( all employment requirements and contracts). Monitoring and processing of job requirements for all sites. Monitoring and checking of posting of various job openings to the website. Monitoring and checking of posting of all government contributions like SSS, PHIC, and HDMF. Monitoring of officers HMO active and fully paid. Monitoring of all DOLE cases. Monitoring and checking of all Notice to Explain, Notice of Accountability and Admin Resolutions. Monitoring and checking of the list of officers subject for PAN in the ICES payroll system. Performs the yearly performance appraisal for rank and file employees for all sites. Conduct HR audits for all sites. Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience supervising others Budgeting and financial reporting expertise Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skill
