**Requirements**:

- College Graduate; Preferably with Business Administration, Business/Office Management, Human Resources, Psychology degree or equivalent
- One to three (3) years' work experience in administration related tasks preferably in Engineering and/or Construction Industry
- Good oral and written business English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal/relational skills
- Project management, Cost management an advantage
- Analytical, resourceful, adaptable, organized
- With strong client-service orientation, able to collaborate and work in a team
- Must have previous experience working independently or with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail with strong follow-through required

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and secure expats visa, alien employment permit, alien certificate of
- Arranges travel and accommodation of staff and visitors
- Documents/records storage, file management monitoring and retrieval, including incoming/outgoing correspondences, mail/parcel
- In-charge of inventory, monitoring, replenishment, payment, and regulation in the use of office supplies, consumables, including company uniform requisition, procurement & distribution.
- Over-all administration, inventory, monitoring, security, repair & maintenance, and usage regulation of company facilities, equipment and assets such as but not limited to office equipment and fixtures, properties, vehicle, etc.
including general services delivery and payment.
- Handle company vehicle acquisition, registration/permit/pass, insurance, repair & maintenance, appraisal & selling, including assignment, daily/weekly schedule and disposal.
- Vendor management from sourcing, review of contracts up to billing and payment arrangement of all office administration resources, operations, and logístical support requirements
- Assist in hiring and in the fulfillment of employee onboarding requirements such as but not limited to company ID, office supplies, ATM account, insurance enrolment, etc.
to new employees and other HR related activities.

- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
