**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Administer compensation and mandated benefits
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Has at least 1 year of experience working in HR or in any administrative and/or communication-related role
- Can communicate effectively with all employees at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
