Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to proper onboarding)
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and shareholders
Responsible for the processing of all government mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig) - enrollment of new hires to their respective agencies.
Ensure Employee Compliance not just SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig payment on time but also Labor Code compliance
Responsible in timely processing of all documents related to employee resignation / termination to include but not limited to the preparation of Employee’s Clearance, communication to employee, department concerned, Quit Claim and other related documents
Responsible in keeping and maintaining (up-to-date) organizational data to include but not limited to the Masterlists of active and inactive employees
Responsible for being updated in any regulatory or updates from DOLE, and other related government agencies.
Assists in implementing organization activities.
Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through all means.
Assist immediate superior following the implementation of COVID 19 safety measures and protocols.
Communicates to immediate superior all inconsistencies and irregularities found.
Assistant to the office for all bank/government errands and encoding/writing of journals.
Answer queries and address customer's concern and orders
Ensures all office/pantry supplies are properly filled with reasonable cost e.g. ensure supplier canvass for office/pantry supplies
Monitors and ensures all workplace monthly payment is done on time e.g. utilities, etc.
Document Steward
Organize and monitor the in/out of documents.
Monitoring all companies documents that are due for renewal.
Providing administrative support to any of the shareholders
Provides support and involvement in special projects under the direction of immediate superior and/or shareholders.
Job Qualification
Experience in HR Admin, with accounting skills is a plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time managements skills
Good judgment and ability to resolve conflicts
Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations
Can relate well with people
