Hp1912 - Senior Business Development Manager - Bali

Job Description:
Identify new hotels that meet OYO standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness etc. and pitch OYO’s partnership proposal. Strengthen relationship with existing hotel partners & other relevant stakeholders. Work closely with revenue management team to drive topline for the partner hotel. Manage business development team members in order to reach acquisition targets. Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships/acquisitions or sales. Preferably from hospitality/tourism (hotels, villas, tourism, travel agents) Proven experience in leadership or managing teams. Roll-up-the-sleeve attitude in terms of achieving team targets. Good communication in English (reading, written, spoken). Strong numerical and analytics skills as well as ability to structure complex commercial arrangements. Good presentation and negotiation skills as well as well-mannered and appearance. Ready to be assigned throughout Bali (it is recommended to own a vehicle).
