Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:
Organize daily and weekly housekeeping schedules, including deep-cleaning schedule of guest rooms. Conduct post-cleaning inspection of guest rooms. Implement the consistent delivery of guest service through efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms and timely response to guest needs and request for assistance. Ensure that the Housekeeping Department creates a professional impression to guest, team members and management team by reviewing and acting on guest feedback - be it complaint or compliment. Ensure routine maintenance is carried out, reporting any damage and wear and tear, ensuring bedroom faults are rectified promptly. Minimum Qualifications:
Must complete Certificate in Housekeeping NC II and NC III Certificate in Housekeeping NC IV, an advantage. Experience in a Supervisory function, an advantage. At least 2 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, preferably in housekeeping operation Knowledge of word, excelTeam player Good communication skills– verbal & written
