Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of the resort's hotel rooms, villas, cottages, offices, function halls, and public areas. Ensuring that all housekeeping personnel carries out their tasks in accordance with established standards. The Operations supervisor is also primarily responsible for attending to and resolving guests' issues and complaints on housekeeping services.



Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year degree course Certificate in Housekeeping NC II, NC III or NCIV, an advantage At least 2-3 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, preferably as supervisor/manager on housekeeping operations
