High school diploma or equivalent
Previous working experience as a Maintenance Helper/ Messenger for 6 months(s)
Hardworking & Flexible at all times.
Has Initiative & Good Interpersonal skills
Willing to start asap.
Willing to assigned in Antipolo or Marikina area.
Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, collecting trash etc.
Carry out Routine Maintenance task and perform general cleaning as scheduled to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the workplace.
Acts as messenger to transmit documents
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment
Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Delivers and/or picks-up documents/materials
Assist and ensures successful bank transactions of the company.
Business Ocular checking; and perform marketing activities such as distribution of flyers and personal visits to market the company’s project through information dissemination.
Perform other related duties and activities as required
