Details of the offer

Assists Housekeeping Manager in the planning, organization and overseeing operations of the Housekeeping Department including Guest Rooms, Public Areas, Laundry and Linens and other sections related to Housekeeping.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational and/or Bachelor's or College Degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
Must possess at least 3-4 years of work experience as Housekeeping Supervisor
Must possess supervisory skills or has handled employees in previous employments
Must be keen to details, has good communication and time management skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budget, and policies and procedures
Coordinates with other hotel departments, e.g. Front Office, Engineering, and Security
Ensures that policies and procedures are being adhered to, in order to achieve guest satisfaction and
the highest standard of cleanliness and maintenance
Proactively addresses day to day operational concerns with appropriate solutions and actions
Resolves guest complaints and takes service recovery measures, if required
Conducts departmental training
Acts as Officer-in-charge in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager
Performs other duties and projects that may be assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
