Roles and Responsibilities Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the hotel premises Manage and train the housekeeping staff Reach ZEN Rooms’ target of Customer Service Satisfaction Identify issues and suggest solutions for improvement Accommodate any requests from guests regarding the cleanliness of hotel room (laundry, ironing, etc) Minimum Qualifications:
What profile are we looking for? Academic and Work Experience Candidate must at least possess a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent At least a year of experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably 1-4 years of work experience focused on General Work (housekeeper, driver, dispatch, messenger, etc) or equivalent
