Role Description The Hospital Business Executive (HBE) will be in charge of improving the total Upjohn sales and reach in assigned Hospital, Industrial and Government (HIG) accounts. Overall objective is to ensure that we give Upjohn the best opportunity to achieve Placement, Distribution and Bidding and Tender objectives in targeted hospital accounts, as well as other Industrial and government accounts.

The Hospital Business Executive will be responsible for defined metrics in defined key HIG accounts. These metrics will include participation in tender activities, bidding conferences, procurement activities, business building activities, relationship building and growing the HIG channel.

The HBE will report to the Channel Development Manager and work closely with the distributor counterparts in handling the HIG channel.

Responsibilities

- Coverage of Key hospitals (private and government), Industrial and Government accounts.
- Represent Upjohn in key Tender/Bidding activities as well as Hospital and Industrial procurement activities.
- Work with Distributor representative in ensuring covered accounts’ procurement activities, bidding schedules are updated, covered and monitored.
- Coordinate with Sales Leads, Field Force District Managers and PHRs in targeting and servicing key hospitals for product inclusion, support and promotion.
- Report Hospital bidding and tender results on a regular basis, Notice of Award (NOA) monitoring and processing as well as analysis of Bid Stat Report from the distributor.
- Achieve KPIs set by leadership; set and monitor achievement and points for improvement across major HIG accounts
- Collaborate with other functions to drive the business as needed (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Medical, Finance, etc)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree

5-7 years sales related work experience

Willing to travel

Experience in Handling of Bidding and Hospital Procurement is a must
