Essential Functions of this position include: Lead the brand planning process by developing and executing annual brand target setting, brand strategy review and brand operating plans Drive product positioning and go-to-market strategies to increase market share Manage the product mix within the brands’ respective product categories and maintain brand integrity across product lines & communications Develop pricing strategies and guidelines to offer competitive market prices while maximizing gross margins Monitor and meet Gross Margin (GM), Gross Margin Return on Inventory Investment (GMROII) and Months-On-Hand (MOH) standards Manage the Open-To-Buy (OTB) across the respective brands’ product categories to ensure that sales targets are met, that purchases are within budget and that inventory levels meet MOH standards Design an annual marketing plan and ensure the implementation of all related marketing strategies; control, manage and monitor all related marketing activities & expenses in accordance with the approved marketing budget Establish and manage distribution channels in collaboration with Channel Sales and/or Sales Team to ensure sales target achievement and growth Participate in integrated go-to-market initiatives and manage social media strategy and voice Develop, implement and execute grassroots initiatives (with the assistance and support of the Field Marketing Representatives) to foster brand awareness and drive sales Build and maintain relationships with local running communities, influencers & ambassadors Build a highly functioning team by creating clear and consistent work streams, manage their career development and opportunities for growth within the company Minimum Qualifications:
College Graduate Must have atleast 1 year experience in Brand Management Training / Technical Skills

60% office-based / 40% store rounds and market visit With occasional travel for international meetings Attends occasional events outside Metro Manila
