Procedures, guidelines, communications and business managed documents are made available to Home Lending employees across numerous web platforms including Chase Answers, InfoSource and FSD.This position will act as a Designer within the OE Support Delivery team.As a Designer this position is responsible for formatting, designing and publishing web content, to include:

Business managed documents
SharePoint
Company Intranet
The position will also support additional content publishing and remediation of HTML coding issues.

Qualifications2+ years of experience within MIS/reporting role delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting, analysis and presentations from diverse and complex data sourcesDrive automation of current reporting process via available tools (Eg. SharePoint, MS Access, Excel VBA, and/or Business Objects)
SQL using Access, Hadoop/Hive, Oracle, Teradata, and/or MSSQL
MS Excel VBA
Knowledgeable in one of these Business Intelligence tools: Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, TOAD
2+ years of experience with analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality, determining design methodologies, and designing and conducting testing in an enterprise environment
Microsoft SharePoint object manipulation is desired but not required
Highly experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
Analyses business requirements and documenting the requirements in a way that is unambiguous and clear
Excellent communication, project management, business analysis and client partnership ability
