Quality Assurance Analyst (QA)is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our customer service representatives who deal with our existing and potential customer. The QA will monitor inbound and outbound call and emails responses to assess customer service representatives demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
Working together with a Quality Assurance (QA) team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

Qualifications:
Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or any related course.
At least 1 (one) year of experience in a BPO company in the same/similar capacity.
Related training and/or certifications preferred but not required (e.g., quality auditor, six sigma, etc.)
Possess good moral character, hardworking, a team player, and can work with minimal to no supervision.
Willing to be stationed in the Davao Region.
