Professionally interact with customers and respond to specific requests by process rules. While providing customer support, pay close attention to the needs of the customer and show empathy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
WITH or WITHOUT BPO Experience
At least College Level or College Graduate
Good to excellent English communication skills?
Computer literate and good web navigation skills??
Available to start ASAP
