Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of any IT related course
- Intermediate in computer hardware and software troubleshooting / Printer Troubleshooting
- Intermediate in verbal and written communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must have experience handling Ticketing System during OJT
- Knowledgeable in level 1 network support
- Has a average in communication skill
- Has a experience in Remote Desktop Support (RDP)
- Has a customer oriented personality
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiate
- Able to support different sites
