We're hiring a recruiter to help us place healthcare and admin talent across the U.S. You'll spend your time sourcing, calling, and screening candidates for roles like Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, and more. We'll also loop you in on finance and tech roles. If you're someone who likes fast-moving work, follows through, and pays close attention to details, you'll fit right in.
Help fill multiple open roles each month by staying focused and organized.Spend most of your day connecting with potential candidates by phone.Share top candidates with clients quickly – ideally within the first week a job goes live.Make sure the candidates you send are strong enough to land interviews.Handle the full recruiting process from first outreach to scheduling interviews.Be flexible with your time — expect to work US business hours and sometimes a few hours on weekends.Keep your work clean, accurate, and on point. Strong English skills. You can speak clearly and confidently.Comfortable on the phone. You don't mind making a lot of calls to find the right people.Performance-driven. You've hit tough goals before and stayed at the top of your team.Experience in recruiting or outbound sales. You've worked in a fast-paced, target-based job.Bonus if you've worked with U.S. clients, especially in healthcare.If not healthcare, experience in finance/accounting or tech is a big plus.At least one job where you stayed 3+ years in the past decade.
