Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way. Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities. Delight customers and ensure best customer experience possible. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Determine requirements by working with customers. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required. Previous technical background is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation. Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS.
Day shift is also available.
