- Providing the payment status on submitted bills.
- Reviewing for duplicates.
- Providing explanation for unpaid bills.
- Apply payment policies.
Job Qualifications:
- Open to all courses with BPO Healthcare Claims experience.
- Familiar with ICD 9 / ICD 10, Medical Billing, Hospital Records.
- Insurance / Provider Inqueries.
