JOB QUALIFICATIONS
University degree
Registered Nurse, Health certification or related degree is an advantage
At least 2-3 years relevant work experience, preferably in the shared service industry
Knowledge in Business Continuity, Emergency or Crisis management
Certification in BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) is an advantage
Very good communication skills in English
Excellent attention to detail, organized and proficient in MS Office
Ability to present ideas/concepts and take a consultative approach with stakeholders
Able to work independently yet collaboratively with peers and other organizations to share
knowledge and good practice
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate, coordinate and monitor the periodic update of the MSSC BCMS Charter and related documentations.
Acts as the main focal point for business continuity and emergency response related activities such
as planning implementation, tests, training and HQ/MSSC collaborations.
Provides administrative support in the processing of the medical insurance of all resident staff
Manages medical files of resident staff ensuring strict respect of the medical confidentiality
Participates or Initiates staff activities that promote health, wellness and safety in the workplace.
Conducts health and safety risks assessments and provide appropriate recommendation and counter measures.
Prepare proposals, reports, manual and guides in various formats, workshops, etc.
