HEAD WAITER
Job Description:
Loading food from kitchens in coordination with concernedwaiter.
To collect empty utensils and food serving tools after serving and to maintain them in excellent conditions.
To make sure all dining outlets and their equipment’s are in proper operational conditions and report any issue to direct supervisor.
To report any issue related to (food excess, leftovers, customer complaints per meal to direct supervisor.
To make sure of serving allocated portions in compliance with hygiene requirement.
Apply all safety procedures.

Requirements:
With atleast 4-6 yrs work experience asWaiter in Hotel.
Graduated of atleast Diploma in Hotel Management, HRM, hospitality or related. NC2.
At least 5'5 in height
Presentable.
Hygiene knowledge
Good Communication Skills/ SMART.
> With a salary range offer of USD 500-800 (but it will depend on your qualifications.)
