**POINTMAN MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS INC.
URGENTLY HIRING**
- College level and preferably with encoding and admin task experience (no preferred course)
- Fresh graduates with no experience are also welcome
- Preferably with good communication skills
- Will be based in the office (Mon-Fri).
Shift is 7 to 5pm.
**Here are the duties and responsibilities**:

- Clerk will be assigned in Marketing and IT
- Clerk will assist on talking to suppliers / agency
- He/she will also be processing billings from suppliers
- Must be knowledgeable on encoding and admin tasks
- Must be knowledgeable on MS Excel
- **Duration of contract will be initially for 3months** (can be extended depending from performance and management approval)
- _Interview will be conducted via google meet.

**Salary**: Php570.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Office Clerk: 1 year (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
